After you set up your first lesson (introductory lesson), the only thing you will need to bring and wear to your first class is loose, comfortable clothes so you can move around easily in. In addition, bring a smile, and a positive attitude!
Great place for people of all ages to learn martial arts. My daughter and I both go there and love it.
My daughter has been going for a little over a month now and has been blossoming beautifully into a awesome person since going. Master g has great patience for kids of all ages.
